Become a Styr Dock Practitioner

In this practical training you will discover how to use the Styr model and the Styr Dock to conduct hybrid job grading, design customised profiles and career paths, as well as how to maintain your organisation's Job matrix and Talent matrix – all in just three steps. 

What is Styr Dock Practitioner Certification?

After implementing the Styr solutions within your company and adopting the Styr language, it is important to ensure these aspects are permanently embedded. Your company applies the Styr model and you are the professional involved in maintaining the validated profiles, the career paths and the Job matrix and Talent matrix.

What you will be able to do after completing the course

After attending this training course, you will have knowledge of the Styr model for job grading and rewards, and will be able to put it in context. You will also have learned how to conduct hybrid grading in 3 steps using the Styr Dock. The course also teaches you how to use the Job profiler to quickly create customised profiles and career paths. You will also learn how to maintain a Job matrix. In addition, you will gain insight into how the Styr Job matrix relates to a salary structure and a talent-based approach to organising and working. Upon completion of this training course, you will receive the Styr Practitioner Certificate and gain access to the Styr Dock.
