Approach 1: Co-creation - building a clear company together
In this approach, you work closely with our Styr Experts to implement the Styr model. Depending on your needs, we guide you step by step via our proven 4-step plan. This plan leads you in four clear steps to the desired result - whether it concerns a job and talent framework (job matrix), a market-compliant remuneration structure or talent-based organising and working.
You provide the substantive input from the organisation; we provide the project approach, expertise and guidance. We tailor the content of each step to your needs and ambitions. Together, in co-creation, we build a future-proof and transparent organisation.

Approach 2: Getting started yourself using smart tooling and (online) training
Smaller organisations and scale-ups in need of more structure, clear job profiles and development paths can get started on their own by shaping and implementing a dynamic job role house based on the Styr model. This is made possible with the help of the Styr Dock and customised training. Where necessary, our Styr Experts can provide (additional) support, for example in setting up a market-compliant remuneration policy.
