Building clear organisations together with our clients

As a work design and rewards consultant, you will have an active advisory role with a great deal of client contact at the management and executive level. You will advise on how to achieve a clear job architecture, with clear job profiles and development paths. A clear organisation also includes a fair and transparent remuneration policy and a context in which talent development is given full scope. The guiding principle in your work is our innovative Styr model.

Consulting and commercial skills

Good consulting and commercial skills to transform the client’s request into an appropriate approach and successful implementation.

Experience

At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of two years of experience in job evaluation and/or reward.

Digital tools

MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Co-pilot) Claude skills

Communication skills

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
