In this training course, you will be introduced to the TMA method and discover how to create a validated profile with TMA competencies based on the Styr model in just three steps. This practical training course has been developed for organisations that work with validated profiles in the Talent Management System or plan to start.
Your organisation has chosen to adopt a talent-based working method involving validated profiles and use of the Talent Management System (TMS). During this practical training course, you will be introduced to the Styr model and the TMA method, learn how to work with the TMS and discover how to create a validated TMA competence profile in just three steps.
You will have basic knowledge of the Styr model and the TMA method and will have learned how to easily generate a validated profile and shape talent pathways in just three steps. In addition, you will know how to allocate people to work using the TMS people finder and team builder (matching). You will also know how to use 90°/180°/360° assessment (feedback) and have gained insight into how the validated profiles relate to the other elements of the Styr model (organisation design, grading and rewards, talent-based organising and working). At the end of this training course, you will receive a certificate of participation and be granted access to the validated profiles and Talent matrix in the Talent Management System.
